NFL Week 16 Preview
Guest Author - Kori Ellis

- Saturday, December 22, 2007 -
8:15 PM ET
Dallas (12-2, 6-0 away)
Carolina (6-8, 2-5 home)
The Panthers pulled out a nice victory last week but the Cowboys will be too much for them this week.

- Sunday, December 23, 2007 -
1:00 PM ET
New York Giants (9-5, 6-1 away)
Buffalo (7-7, 4-3 home)
The Giants are coming off an ugly game, however they play better on the road and should be able to beat the Bills.

1:00 PM ET
Cleveland (9-5, 3-4 away)
Cincinnati (5-9, 4-3 home)
Expect a shootout in this battle of Ohio. The Browns should prevail in the end.

1:00 PM ET
Houston (7-7, 2-5 away)
Indianapolis (12-2, 5-1 home)
The Texans will put up a fight but the Colts, even with injures, are just too good.

1:00 PM ET
Oakland (4-10, 2-5 away)
Jacksonville (10-4, 5-2 home)
Jacksonville beat Pittsburgh last week and this week they should win again versus the Raiders.

1:00 PM ET
Green Bay (12-2, 6-1 away)
Chicago (5-9, 2-4 home)
The Bears are just too banged up and their offense is just too poor to beat the Packers.

1:00 PM ET
Kansas City (4-10, 2-4 away)
Detroit (6-8, 4-3 home)
The Lions have lost six games in a row but should be able to end that streak against the woeful Chiefs.

1:00 PM ET
Philadelphia (6-8, 4-3 away)
New Orleans (7-7, 3-4 home)
The Saints have been passing the ball well and should continue to be able to do so against the Eagles.

4:05 PM ET
Tampa Bay (9-5, 3-4 away)
San Francisco (4-10, 2-5 home)
The 49ers have played better recently but the Bucs should win this low scoring affair.

4:15 PM ET
Miami (1-13, 0-7 away)
New England (14-0, 7-0 home)
The Dolphins will be looking to pull the greatest upset in NFL history. Not to spoil it but they won’t be able to do so.

4:05 PM ET
Atlanta (3-11, 1-6 away)
Arizona (6-8, 4-2 home)
In a battle of teams going nowhere, the Cardinals are just too good for a Falcons franchise in shambles.

4:15 PM ET
New York Jets (3-11, 1-6 away)
Tennessee (8-6, 4-3 home)
The Titans need to get this win to keep their playoff hopes alive. Going against the Jets, they should be able to get that done.

4:15 PM ET
Baltimore (4-10, 1-6 away)
Seattle (9-5, 6-1 home)
The Ravens will be starting Troy Smith at quarterback but that won’t be enough.

8:15 PM ET
Washington (7-7, 3-4 away)
Minnesota (8-6, 5-2 home)
The Vikings and Redskins will combine for a lot of rush attempts but expect Adrian Peterson to carry the Vikings.

- Monday, December 24, 2007 -
8:00 PM ET
Denver (6-8, 2-5 away)
San Diego (9-5, 6-1 home)
The Chargers are playing great ball as of late and should continue to roll against the Broncos.
