The third annual Long Island Autism Fair & Conference takes place Saturday & Sunday, April 1st & 2nd, 2006 at Sports Plus in Lake Grove, New York. The time for the event is 8:30 am - 6:00 pm. There are two types of tickets - one for the conference and another ticket for admission to the fair.

There are several options for admission to the Conference. You can choose for one day or both days with these prices:

Conference Tickets:

One day, per person

$75 regular price or at the door
$70 NAA member discount or before Feb. 1st
$65 NAA member AND before Feb 1st

Two days, per person

$150 regular price or at the door
$140 regular price before Feb. 1st
$120 NAA member discount
$100 NAA member AND before Feb 1st

Includes: buffet lunch, beverages, speakers, program, access to vendors, general information table, autism photo gallery, and one Sports Plus wristband good for the Family Entertainment Center.

Sports Plus lunch buffet: exotic fresh fruit platter, imported cheeseboard, garden salad, chicken parmigiana, penne ala vodka, chicken fingers, rosemary potatoes, rolls and butter, dessert, and sodas.

Fair Tickets:

One day, per person

$20 regular price or at the door
$15 NAA member or before Feb 1st (not both)

Two days, per person

$40 regular price or at the door
$30 NAA member or before Feb 1st (not both)

The Sports Plus wristband is good for all rides including the indoor "Thriller Coaster" and bumper cars ($13 value) and must be used on day of purchase.

Tickets are limited - there will be only 500 Conference Tickets and 500 Fair Tickets sold for each day. Please order early.

Conference Ticket holders will be given a special wristband for entrance to the lecture rooms. Please bring proper ID with you to the event. Children under 10 years old may attend the FAIR for free with an adult. (free tix does not include the event program or speakers) But, they can walk around the vendor section with parents, will get a Sports Plus wristband ($12 value) and can go on the rides for free! (in the game room) Fair tickets sell for $15-20.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cannot make the event, please send a substitute. If no one from your organization can attend, you will be entitled to a refund according to the following schedule:

On or prior to March 1, 2006:
Conference Ticket- full refund minus $20 processing fee
Fair Ticket- full refund minus $10 processing fee.

There will be a Behavior Track, Aspergers/Adult Track, Biomedical Track, Speech/OT Track, Alternative Treatments Track and a Legal/Advocacy Track
