ClipArt Sources and Resources Newsletter
Guest Author - Adele Sweeney

Want exclusive free ClipArt?
Would you like to keep updated with the latest resources put on the site?

The ClipArt Sources and Resources Newsletter is a quick weekly email that will simply tell you what's new - and there's freebies to be had as well!

Your email address isn't given to anyone else, and I won't bombard you with long, rambling emails.

Once a week, you will get an update referring you back to new stuff on the ClipArt site, and how to get your freebie(s) when they're ready. That's it :)

Both the newsletter and ClipArt site focus on delivering to you...

Quality sources of ClipArt

Mostly free sources, but also paid memberships for those of you who need to use ClipArt commercially or just don't mind paying for quality artwork.

Free ClipArt and Software/Resources

We all like free. Amazingly, there are lots of sites offering free artwork and software to help the creative among us - more than you probably realise! I will track these down so that we have a comprehensive collection of information relevant to ClipArt fans.

Copyright and Usage Information

How to be sure you are staying within the law, especially if you intend to create products or are collecting clipart for commercial use. The terms 'copyright', 'royalty free' and 'public domain' are all different things and getting your head around them can be confusing. Plus these days, many designers ARE willing to let you use their work, even if for a fee, so you need to know where to find the legal stuff and the 'Commercial Use OK' clipart.

Tutorials & Tips

What to DO with your growing collection of clipart - how to use it, how to edit it, how to create your own from existing work etc

Projects for Using ClipArt Creatively

What to MAKE with it!

Digital Crafting - The Rise of Printable and Digital Supplies

This is a relatively new area, but essentially 'digital craft supplies' are upmarket clipart - no longer are we constrained to the simple line drawings that most people immediately recognise as (sometimes) tacky clipart.

If you're a fan, sign up. If you don't like it, you can unsubscribe. Nothing to lose and lots of free clipart stuff to gain!
