Did you know that you can play several online board games for free right here at BellaOnline? Many of my favorite games are here and I play them regularly. Check them out:

The Garden Game - This game is for BellaOnline members only, but it's free to become a member and you really don't ever get any spam. It's basically a version of the game Battleship, but instead of bombing ships, you water flowers. You play this online board game competitively against another BellaOnline member, but the game is not in "real time", it can last for as long as a couple of weeks, as you take turns and send each other a reminder email.

Connect 4 - This classic "four-in-a-row" game, which is really just an advanced version of tic-tac-toe is for one player. You play against the computer, which is pretty tricky, but very fun.

Yahtzee - Think you're a Yahtzee champion? See if you can beat the high scores of other BellaOnline members at this solitary Yahtzee game. If your scores don't seem to be climbing, consider checking out the excellent book Advantage Yahtzee.... you'll quickly become an addict!

Memory - Trying to keep your brain sharp? Why not take a few minutes and play one of these fun memory games created by BellaOnline hosts using fun photos about their individual topics. (Memory games are super-easy to make, look Peg Solitaire, "Rush Hour", "Tower of Hanoi" and a number of solitaire Card Games.

You can also play games ABOUT board games... if that makes any sense. Try Hangman, Word Scramble, or Word Search, all of which use names of board games and words related to board games.
