Cluzzle

Ages 8 and up

Players 3-6

Playing Time 15 minutes

Cluzzle is a guessing game where players make a clay sculpture and then answering questions about their created object. It's a mix of 20 questions and charades only with clay. It's a great party game since rules are easily explained and game play is relatively fast. Even those non-board game fans should enjoy creating a Cluzzle and interpretting what other Cluzzles might represent.

Each player receives a canister of clay and a Cluzzle card. The cards feature a list of seven objects that you can choose from to create your Cluzzle - a clay puzzle. You don't need to be a great artist to create a Cluzzle. In fact, you score more points the longer is takes for you to guess a Cluzzle. So, you will to find the happy medium between way too easy to guess and nearly impossible to guess.

There are three rounds to each game. Players receive four tokens that are used to mark how many questions they have asked each round. After each round of questions, players then write down their guesses. When your Cluzzle has been guessed, you do not create a new one until the next game.

There are even celebrity Cluzzle cards like Alanis Morissette that feature objects that she wanted listed on her card. You can then go to the Cluzzle website to find out why she chose the objects that she did.

Cluzzle combines the fun of a few games. It's easy to explain and provides a lot of entertainment especially for those wanting to play a game with little hassle. Since more points are scored the longer it takes to guess the Cluzzle, artistic talent is not a requirement to play this game. Just a little imagination is all you need. Pull Cluzzle out at your next game night for a real crowd pleaser.
