Raspberry Sun Tea
Greek Salad

Take advantage of the summer sun to make this refreshing tea.

Ingredients

6 raspberry herb teabags
2 quarts cold water
1/4 cup sugar
fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

1. Put teabags into a one gallon glass container. Add cold water.
2. Set the container on your sunny porch, patio or windowsill for at least 5 hours.
3. Remove teabags, add sugar to taste, stir well and chill.
4. Pour into tall, chilled glasses filled with ice; garnish with mint sprigs.
