All My Children

So Erin told Aidan that she needs some space and time away from him. Interesting how she had this change of heart only after seeing that Aidan had a file on Annie McDermott. Erin is a volunteer at the Miranda Center, presumably helping battered women and children. Annie is on the run from her husband. Could it be that Terry is abusive, and Annie took their daughter out of that situation? If so, it is conceivable that the duo has sought out help from the Center. What are the chances that Erin ended her relationship, rather than being forced to keep a secret from her lover?

With Terry McDermott being in town, trouble is on the horizon, especially for Jonathan and Lily. Jonathan loves Lily, so much that he is willing to pretend to still be mentally challenged so that they remain on the same level. He would do anything to protect his wife, which would seem to include taken down the creep who tried to take advantage of her. The old Jonathan would not have hesitated to get violent in order to make Terry pay. It will be interesting to see how the absence of the tumor and the presence of Lily’s love have changed his basic reaction.

One Life To Live

Spencer's world is falling in on him, and he doesn't even realize it. David's sudden growth of conscience and Paige's emerging backbone are only the beginning. Todd is out of the hospital and bent on revenge, and even that is the worst news. Now that Blair is on to him, it is just a matter of time before the good doctor’s evil deeds all come out. Messing with Blair's family is not something she will get over quickly. Spencer tried to have the father of her children killed by framing him for murder, just so he could have Blair all to himself. I suppose in a way it is flattering that a man could be so intrigued by you that he would go to such lengths to have you in his life. Blair isn't likely to see it that way. Instead, he has awakened her Mother Bear instincts. What the law is going to do to Spencer will pale in comparison to what Ms. Cramer will do.

It appears that Dorian's meddling in the lives of her girls has caused more problems than it has solved. Could it be that Adriana's stalker is really the man her mother hired to come between the beauty and Rex? Wonder if this will teach Dorian to live her own life and allow her daughter and nieces to live theirs. My guess would be no. And that's OK. Dorian wouldn’t be nearly as entertaining if she wasn’t meddling.

General Hospital

I love Manny Ruiz! He is insane and frightening and oh so fun to watch. If Sam and Liz have to be terrorized, Manny is the one I want to do it. Of course it is not surprising that someone like Manny would show up in Port Charles. The writers of General Hospital have always been good at creating delicious villains. With Manny in town, Helena lurking about and the rumored return of Stavros, is anyone in town safe?
