Cheesy Philly Melt
Here's a quick and easy sandwich perfect for parties or casual dinners

1 lb. ground chuck
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 teaspoons dark brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 medium onion, sliced into rings
4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
3-ounce package cream cheese
wheat buns



1. Mix ground chuck with Worcestershire sauce, brown mustard, garlic powder and thyme. Combine well and shape into patties.
2. Grill until done.
3. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until transparent and set aside.
4. Spread cream cheese on wheat buns, top with onions and mushrooms.
