Ahhhh, October 16th every year, the day to REALLY show and tell all your appreciation. From time to time we all have those Employers who really have a good trait; be it a fair nature, honest voice and/or policy, understanding communicator, approachable, or maybe something else you appreciate being brought into your work force. Well, Folks, let them know! Give them what they deserve…it does only come once a year. How did it all start you ask? In 1958 Patricia Bays Haroski was an employee of State Farm Insurance and she registered the holiday with the US Chamber of Commerce. Ironically enough, her boss was also her father, so he must have been REALLY GOOD. Just a nice way to say, I appreciate your work ethics, or how I am treated here.
