"The Survival Guide for Sports Moms"
Guest Author - Judith Hodges

Tracey Luebbers is the mother of two boys who played many different sports. Tracey wrote "The Survival Guide for Sports Moms: From T-Ball to Tuition" about getting through the playing years with your athlete. It is an easy to read manual covering different sports. It is a soft covered book less than 100 pages, but full of useful information about things that sports moms will need from Day One when their children start playing sports.

guide In "The Survival Guide for Sports Moms", Tracey Luebbers covers football, baseball, soccer, and basketball. She has drawings of each field of play. There are terms and positions explained for each sport. She also has a check list for a survival kit. Tracey also has ideas for quick meals for game night instead of grabbing fast food. If you need ideas for a coach's gift, what to do as a team mom, or what to pack your kids for camp, this book has the lists you need. This book will help you get through the season, so you can enjoy the games and your children.

"The Survival Guide to Sports Moms" would be a great gift idea for any mom who has a child playing sports. This book would also be good for mothers with girls who play sports. Many of the ideas would be good for sports like cheerleading and gymnastics even if their sports terms are not covered in this book. The underlying theme is to keep your child safe and healthy. It even discusses what is expected for each level and age group of your athlete. If your child has dreams of being a college athlete, she even discusses what your child should do academically as well as athletically to move on to that level.

Grab a copy of "The Survival Guide for Sports Moms" for yourself or for your favorite sports mom to help her deal with the sports seasons with as little stress as possible.
