and pepper. Melt 3 tablespoons of the butter mixture in skillet over medium-high heat; add steak. Cook 5 minutes or to desired degree of doneness, stirring constantly. Return onion mixture to skillet. Stir in sherry. Cook, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice.
