Chips and Lips

Looking for something super simple to serve those tiny goblins? This delectable dish will put a smile even on the grumpiest goblin.

6 English muffins
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 medium tomatoes

1. Separate English muffins into halves. Arrange halves on a cookie sheet, rough side up.
2. Place a layer of shredded cheese on each muffin half.
3. Cut the tomatoes in half and use a teaspoon to scoop out the pulp. Use a knife or a pair of clean scissors to cut out the outlines of pairs of lips from the tomato skins.
4. Place a pair of lips, shiny side up, on each muffin half. Then place the cookie sheet under the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese begins to brown.
5. Remove from the broiler and place 1 or 2 muffin halves on each plate.
6. To round out your meal, add some tasty skin peelings (potato chips), and drizzle lightly with ketchup blood.
