I find myself often in need of a nap, with no time to take one, on my busier days. One technique I use to refresh myself through the day is to spritz my face with a refreshing toner. That's nice when you have only an instant to take a breather.

* The pads have a very mild scent that I can only describe as "elementary school glue." It's really quite non-offensive, however. Call it a neutral scent, with a hint of chamomile.
