Midnight Moon Sandwiches

Be sure to have plenty of these on hand -- otherwise there'll be a howling frenzy. These are perfect for big or little goblins.

1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
8-ounces cooked ham, sliced thin
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 egg, beaten
1/4 stick butter, melted

1. Open crescent rolls and place on large baking sheet.
2. Layer ham and cheese in the middle of each crescent. Roll into crescents and pinch together edges to seal.
3. Brush tops with egg and melted butter. Bake in 350F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Allow to cool before serving.

Makes 8 sandwiches

Serve These Sandwiches with Bat Brain Bites for Dessert at Your Halloween Party.
