In today’s homes, at a time when real estate is at premium price levels, space is truly an issue. Just ask any New York City Manhattan apartment dweller and you will find story after story of how they make the most of probably the highest priced per square foot real estate in the country. Designing rooms that have more than one function like the office/bedroom or family room/dining room/office is very common.

When I look around my own kitchen, I find like most, just too many appliances. We have the toaster, coffee maker, bean grinder, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, Cuisinart, waffle maker, and this is only the beginning of a list that could go on forever. I almost need a room just to store them all. If someone can make a washer/dryer combo that only takes of the space of one, then the possibilities for other space saving devices has to be endless; and they are. In my travels around the net, I have come across appliances that combine two, even three, of your usual kitchen activities thus saving valuable space.

Now if you really want to cut down on space, here is the ultimate. The 3-in-1 mini toaster oven, coffee maker and griddle.
