Nick finally moves past his love for Brooke, and has committed himself to her daughter, Bridgette. When Bridgette saw an opportunity to reunite with Nick, she did everything but force herself upon him. She pursued Nick with relentless passion, and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Everything was fine until Katie, Bridgette’s Aunt, came into the picture. From the first scene, there was chemistry between Katie and Nick. They were lighthearted friends with common interests. After Katie’s shooting, Katie and Nick bonded. Bridgette calls it a cute crush, but these are two people that have true feelings for each other. To complicate matters, Katie is pregnant with Nick’s child. Even though Katie is pregnant with Nick’s baby, Bridgette will not let Nick go. She will inevitably forgive him, since she has been so forgiving in the past. It will be interesting to see who will win Nick’s heart.

Katie is starting to have visions of her late brother, Storm. Storm gives her advice on how she should handle her life and the pregnancy. Brooke informs Bridgette to forget the past and move on with her husband. Bridgette feels she has nothing to worry about, because even though her Aunt has feelings for her husband, she believes Katie will respect her relationship with Nick. Nick asked Katie if she regretted the night they made love. Her response was yes.

So what does the future hold for this three? My guess is Nick is going to leave Bridgette once again. Because Nick inadvertently had a child with Brooke, his marriage to Taylor ended. Bridgette has always made it clear that she wants Nick, but Nick is indecisive when it comes to his love for Bridgette. If Katie continues to get stronger in her health and carries their baby to term, Nick will have a difficult decision to make. It has been rumored that Heather Tom (Katie Logan) has just signed a three-year contract with Bold and the Beautiful. So Katie will be around for a long time. Bridgette will once again wind up with a broken heart. A pair I would like to see is Thorn and Bridgette. They are two people who always seem to get the short end of the stick.
