Arthur A. Smith Covered Bridge

Guest Author - Brenda Potter Reynolds

The Arthur A. Smith Bridge spans the North River and is located in Colrain on Route 112 about 5 miles from Route 2. Map This bridge was built in 1886 and is about 100 feet long. As you can see this bridge is no longer being used by anyone. It is actually sitting in a cornfield! Hopefully, someday it will be restored.
