Phillip Chancellor IV –

Nina’s son, Philip, will arrive in Genoa City this summer. Philip has been serving his country in Iraq, and will return home, after being away most of his life. Philip has symptoms of a rare disease, which has no cure. Nina will have her supposedly “late” husband’s body exhumed, to see if he is a carrier for the disease. Nina has another motive as well. She believes Cain is a fraud, and will have a DNA test performed to prove it. When they exhume Philip, whose body will they find, if any?

The New Adam Wilson –

There has been speculation that the character, Adam Wilson, will move in a different direction. My thoughts with Adam were: Victor and Ashley will realize Adam is not blind, and that he has been manipulating Ashley all along. Adam would get caught, and sent back to prison. Now that the role of Adam has been recast, I am rethinking my position. The new Adam may have more of a storyline, coming to the forefront of the show. Will Adam marry Heather? Will he turn out to be more ruthless than his father? This will be interesting to watch, and how he will fit in with such an established cast.


Jonathan Randall –

Jonathan has been a favorite of mine for quite some time. Now that Guiding Light is only a few months from cancellation, it’s only fitting to end with one of the most influential characters in Guiding Light’s history. What will Jonathan bring to the table? Will Lizzie and Jonathan finally end up together?


Danny & Michelle Santos –

It’s nice to see Guiding Light bring back fan favorites. Danny and Michelle had a rocky road in the beginning. Michelle was the good girl who fell in love with the bad boy. Danny’s family has sordid pasts, involving crime and murder. What kind of trouble will Danny and Michelle cause?
