Ohio’s Amish Country
Ohio is home to the world’s largest Amish community. Although there are small communities of Amish scattered around the state the largest concentration is located near Holmes County, above and to the east of Columbus. In Holmes and surrounding counties you’ll find beautiful back roads that ripple across the rolling landscape of farms, small towns, and scenic country settings.

Lehman’s Hardware, Kidron - Founded in 1955 by Jay Lehman to serve the local Amish, today Lehman’s is one of the world’s largest purveyors of new old products.
