Healthy Skin

All things in life form a cycle. People, relationships, and the seasons have cycles of change. The human body has cycles of health and illness. It is helpful to remember that the complexion, like the body, will always have cycles of health and illness.

There will be times your skin will look perfect. And there will be other times that you will feel stress and your skin will reflect this. Internal processes within your body and external factors in your life will always affect the condition of your skin. It is healthy to be accepting of all the cycles of your life, body and skin.

When your skin is not looking well, it just means that your body needs care. It is important at those times to have patience, and practice healthy skin rituals. Remember to eat healthy foods, sleep, rest, reduce stress and care for your skin.

Eating healthy foods such as green vegetables, lean protein, fruits, and whole grains will help your skin to look radiant. Getting enough sleep each night is important too, as well as resting during the day if you are tired. The amount of sleep you get has a direct impact on the appearance of your skin.

Reducing the stress in your life with exercise and problem solving also will help you to feel better, and in return your skin will look healthy. It is also important to drink clean purified water to hydrate your skin and body. Cleanse and moisturize your skin often, and use skin treatments to restore skin health and beauty.

Take care of your life and relationships also because as you know everything affects your health and appearance. Give your mind, body and skin what it needs to be happy. This will bring your skin back to a place of health and beauty.
