Cheese balls are the perfect appetizer. You can make them ahead of time plus they're delicious. If you'd like a plain cheese Ball, omit everything except the cheeses and pecans.

INGREDIENTS
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 large container (16-ounce) sharp Cheddar cheese spread product such as Kaukauna or Merkt's, at room temperature
1/2 cup chopped green onions
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons diced pimento
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 cup chopped pecans
Crackers to serve

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine the cream cheese and sharp Cheddar cheese product until well mixed.
2. Add the green onions, garlic, bacon, pimento and parsley; mix well.
3. Shape the cheese into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans to cover ball.
4. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
