RealMyst a good update

Myst was a classic puzzle game that enthralled millions. RealMyst updates this classic puzzle, which involved only static screens, and turns it into a 3D world that you can roam through and interact with.

The original Myst game was really amazing for its time. The graphics were gorgeous, and the puzzles were quite intriguing. While the puzzles are still great years later, the static images seemed dated.

That's where RealMyst came in. The designers went back through the original Myst game and turned the various screenshot-rooms into full, rendered rooms that you can walk through. For players of any of the Myst series of games, this one gives you all the background - about the books, the characters, the history. It's definitely well worth playing. The puzzles are great fun, too.

There's even an additional level - the Rime World - which gives you additional insight into the story. It's short, but it helps fill in some details.

Well worth it for any puzzler that missed the game back when it sold millions of copies, and even something to grab for a Myst-fan who only played it in 2D.
