Clipart can be incorporated with text to make mini greeting card type messages. A small amount of text and a simple image can make a wonderful sentiment.
Here are some clipart pieces I made with Picnik.

The font is Bradley Hand ITC. It is an informal font, has a personal feel and is good for a cutesy attitude. This font would be good for personal thoughts, poetry and quotes.
The animals are from Divide by Zero – the generous Tom Murphy who allows his fonts and dingbat fonts to be used for any purpose except selling the fonts outright, saying you made them, adapt the font files or modify them for redistribution.
The images are in the Stickers section of the Picnik application. They are simplistic and very cute and lend themselves to decorating all kinds of print and web projects.
In the Picnik application, I played about with the frames, using Rounded corners and playing with the settings in Borders.
These are very simple but really effective compositions. Colours have been kept to a minimum, which makes them quite dramatic. The images are centered and the text beneath the image. This makes the clipart pieces look like an integrated set.
Right click the images and save to your machine. Use this clipart to make cards, badges, digitally stamped borders and gift tags. Decorate scrap pages, notebooks and stationery. Have fun!
