4 medium zucchini
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1. Slice zucchini into 1/4-inch slices.
2. Add oil to a large frying pan and heat to medium-high heat. Add zucchini and cover each slice with lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder and Parmesan.
3. Flip over and let cook until browned, approximately 2 to 3
minutes.
4. Repeat on other side. Remove and place on paper-lined platter and serve immediately with toothpicks or cocktail forks.
