Try Tree Pose - Earth Day Challenge
Today's Earth Day Challenge helps you build your balance. Try tree pose! Stand on one foot and balance on it. You can put the other foot on your standing leg's ankle, calf, or thigh, based on how flexible you are. The more you balance daily, the better your balance becomes!
You get bonus points if you do it with both legs, one at a time of course!
When you've done tree pose, chime in to let us know you've achieved the challenge!
If you want an even better challenge, some of us will be exploring fun, healthy yoga for the entire week. Whether you choose to do one day, a few days of exploring ideas, or a full week overhaul, we'd love to have you join us!
