It’s an overcast steamy morning here today – might rain, might not. It’s that time of year for us here in Brisbane when you lightly “glow” from the humidity. I can stand it most of the time, and I’m very grateful for the ceiling fans we have throughout the house. Don’t like to use the aircond much – it’s very expensive and really not great for the environment. I like to save it for the really horrible days that you just can manage without air!
It’s been a week of Christmas breakup parties and I’m all partied out. I organised two of the three I attended, and I’m exhausted. Lots of fun though and everyone joins in and has fun. We had a super duper party at Sunshine Linus - here’s the link if you want to see what we got up to: http://sunshinelinusgroup.blogspot.com.au/ .
OMG!! I’ve just realized I didn’t post an article on the quilting site last week! Oooops! I’m supposed to write an article each week and send a newsletter out each week. Did the newsletter and completely forgot the article. I guess that just goes to show what a busy week it’s been for me and my mind!! I don’t usually miss the deadline, and this is the first time in six years that I’ve completely forgotten to put an article up! Must be getting old!
Over at the forum, Granny H has made a comment about the lotion that a reader posted recently. I’m going to give it a try too. Here’s the link for you: http://forums.bellaonline.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/847732#Post847732
