A Dozen Fresh Turkey Sandwich Ideas
There are certain times during the year when there is an overabundance of leftover turkey in the fridge. It's great for sandwiches, but sometimes you need some fresh new turkey sandwich ideas. This article is for you!

If you need a warm turkey sandwich, you can always use the microwave to zap that turkey. I like juicy turkey, though. Another way to heat it, and make it really tender and juicy, is to use an iron skillet. Add a small amount of water or broth to the pan. Use enough to cover the bottom of the pan and come about halfway up the sides of the turkey slices. Turn the heat to medium and bring the liquid up to a simmer. Cover the pan and heat the turkey in the simmering liquid. When it is heated through, you can pull it out or uncover it and let the liquid boil dry. If you use the second option, be sure to pull the turkey out before it burns!
