Samay's Egyptian Nights

Samay's Egyptian Nights
With one of the largest Middle East dance programs in the United States, Samay will highlight 200 performers in Miami, Florida.

On Friday April 30, 2010, Miami will come to life with belly dancers. Samay has showcased her dancers for many years, and this year is no exception. In fact, most have posted that they are looking forward to this year, because last year was a success.

The ticket is reasonably priced, so there is no excuse in taking advantage of such a wonderful night of dancers. You only pay $25, and I strongly urge you to make the trip to Manuel Artime Theater. Oh, Miami! Need I say more. Good times are a guarantee.

Egyptian Nights, brought to you by Samay Performing Arts Corp., is directed and choreographed by Samay. Her students do attend her classes at Miami Dade College Kendall Campus. The program itself is very extensive. From choreography to the history of the dance, students are required to take weeks at a time. Samay's students receive a certificate upon completion of a particular level. Samay says, “After over a decade of experience in Middle Eastern Dance, I thought of all the components one would need in order to become a better performer and instructor, and here they are all under one roof, welcome to the start of something grand”.

The year before, Samay choreographed and directed Passport to Arabia. That year attendance was at a high, and her students performed a Moroccan dance. The costumes were out of the world! Such a nice performance.

Being internationally known, Samay had 2,400 in attendance for her 2007 showcase. When you make the trip, make sure to get there early. The performance starts at 8:00p.m. Samay's belly dancers will heat things up in Miami.

Samay was honored in 2004, whe she won first place at the Ahlan Wa Sahlan International Bellydance competition, in Cairo, Egypt. Her students are also instructors in either yoga, martial arts, and/or belly dance.

On planning your trip, make sure that you check out the weather ahead of time. After the performance, you may want to check out the night life in Miami. Beautiful people, great music, and nightclubs that know how to party all night long. Yes, it is almost a necessity to be and look sexy.
