Carb Options Onion Soup / Dip

Carb Options Onion Soup / Dip
Carb Options onion soup is great in 2 different ways. One, it's a quick and easy soup. Two, it's perfect for making a delicious dip for veggies!

OK, it's official purpose. Onion soup. You get 2 pouches per box, and you can use these to mix in with burgers, steaks, you name it. I'm sure some people actually use this stuff to make soup with, but really, it is so much better as a flavoring.

Which brings me to the only way I use this stuff - as dip! Take one packet onion soup mix. Add in 1 container (8 oz) of sour cream. Mix together! I eat this ALL the time with celery, broccoli, and carrots. It adds a nice flavor to the veggies, and gives you some calcium too. The soup mix only gives you 3g of carbs per 2 tsp of mix - and sour cream is very low in carbs as well - so you can eat 1/8th of the entire mix (which is a LOT) and get hardly any carbs into you.

I always have a box or two of this in the house, I highly recommend it! It's a great way to ensure you eat plenty of veggies, which is of course critical to good health. Snack on veggies!
