Cream -Cheese Spread recipes
Cranberries are a good source of vitamin C. They pack a sweet tart punch and liven up any dish. Walnuts will give a nice crunch to this dip along with some texture.

Cranberry Cream Cheese Spread - 9g Carbs, 1g Fiber
Servings: 12
Prep/Total Time: 10 min

1 (8oz pkg) reduced-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 tsp grated orange peel
Assorted crackers

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, cranberries, apricots, walnuts and
orange peel until blended. Chill until serving. Serve with crackers.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
Serving Size: 2 tablespoons (calculated without crackers)

Dill, Feta and Garlic Cream Cheese Spread


Ingredients

2 (8 ounce)low fat packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce)low fat package feta cheese, crumbled
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Directions

In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend cream cheese, feta cheese, garlic, and dill with an electric mixer. Cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Use this spread too.
