Donald Albert Knaust II Arrested Again
If you live in Saint Charles County Missouri area and have children, you need to read this article. An arrest warrant was issued Monday June 5, 2013 for 17-year-old Donald Albert Knaust II. According to court records at MissouriCase.net, the warrant is a direct result of an investigation, which began Monday after the O’Fallon Missouri police responded to a report of child molestation. The case is scheduled for review in the Saint Charles Circuit Division on Wednesday, June 12, 2013.

This is the second arrest for Knaust on similar but unrelated charges that were pending trial later this year. STLToday.com reports Knaust was out on bail during the most recent incident. The article also states, the earlier incident occurred January 25 at the Fort Zumwalt North High School in O’Fallon Missouri. That incident also involved an 8-year-old child.

The current investigation according to KSDK news, "on June 3, police received a call about child molestation that happened between May 1 and June 1 in the 1400 block of Garnet Drive and in the 200 block of Crystal Ridge Drive." KMOV news also reported this information but included, "Knaust was alleged to have had deviant sexual intercourse with another 8-year-old victim twice in May" and KMOV news includes the same locations listed by KDSK news.

Donald A. Knaust II lives in the 1700 block of Diamond Ridge Court in O'Fallon Missouri and currently faces multiple charges including child molestation and false imprisonment. Court documents state that bail is currently set at 500,000 cash only, with no option to post 10% only. If Knaust obtains bail, he is to have no contact with children less than 17 years of age. Although one cannot imagine Knaust being released a second time with the current charges reflective of the previous ones.
