Baja Bob's Margarita Mix
I'm a big fan of strawberry daquiries, and this low carb mix can easily make both margaritas and daquiris. Both sets of instructions are very simple. Mix in tequila or rum with the mix. Add in ice, blend, and enjoy! If you have strawberries around you can add them in too, but be sure to count the extra carbs you are adding.
The mix itself is only 1g of net carbs per serving. It's 2g total, but 1g of that is fiber. It's mostly water and lime juice, with Splenda for sweetness.
Highly recommended for those summer cocktails on your back porch or by the pool. Bring a bit of tropical adventure into your world without harming your low carb way of life!
