Alaskan Pumpkin Bread

Alaskan Pumpkin Bread
4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. pumpkin
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. pecans (optional)

Mix until smooth. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Use any size bread pan, greased and floured.
