Below are some tasty sandwiches that are healthier than the typical sandwich that comes with a chubby bun, fatty meats and condiments. These sandwiches increase the fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Healthy choices do include fewer calories. They also incorporate more nutrition than cured meat, white bread, a thick slice of cheese, a full load of mayo, and a single iceberg lettuce leaf.

*Naan stuffed with spicy veggies, lentils, and garbanzos.
*Avocado spread, roasted veggies, and spinach leaves on multigrain toast
