Meat Salad Sandwich Ideas

Meat Salad Sandwich Ideas
When it comes to stretching a small amount of meat to help your food budget, meat salads like ham salad, chicken salad, turkey salad, and the various seafood salads are all winners. There are times when you have a small amount of meat left. It isn't in big serving-sized hunks, but rather in tiny pieces. That is a perfect time to combine the meat with chopped veggies, fruits, and nuts to make a meat salad. Add a binding agent like mayonnaise, mashed avocado, or a favorite salad dressing, and you have a sandwich filling to delight your family.

These meat salad ideas came from the Sandwich Name Game thread on the BellaOnline Sandwiches Forum. This thread has had over a million views since it started. Come join the fun and post your own sandwich ideas. It's easy. Here are the rules of the game:

Give the name of a sandwich or describe a sandwich by ingredients. The next person needs to name a sandwich that starts with either the first or last letter of the sandwich that you named.
