2 Winter Sandwich Buffets with Recipes

2 Winter Sandwich Buffets with Recipes
When I entertain, I find it difficult to be tied to the kitchen. It's a lot more fun mingling with my guests. Usually, I choose dishes that can be prepped ahead of time. However, when there is a crowd coming over, I much prefer to serve a buffet meal.

What makes a better buffet than a sandwich meal? I can have my sandwiches, some salads, dessert, and a warm soup in the slow cooker. How easy is that? With these recipes, it just does not get any easier! Each menu is coordinated for taste, texture, and color. All you need to do is decide how many people to invite. Then, size the recipes up or down, shop, cook, and lay it out for your guests. Mingle with your guests and enjoy!

For both of these sandwich recipes you can use a long loaf of French or Italian bread to make a party sandwich. If you want a smaller sandwich, use a baguette sliced horizontally to add ingredients. Each buffet meal has a sandwich, soup, salads, and dessert. The second buffet is a vegetarian offering. You can easily add meat, if that is your preference.
