It (1990)
Seven school friends from Derry, Main spend their summer fighting the ultimate evil that has plagued their town in the form of a malicious clown. Twenty-seven years later, the group is called to fulfil their promise of returning to the town to destroy the entity once and for all. Here are a few movie mistakes to look for while watching 1990’s “It”.

∙ Ben is in front of the class on his first day of school. A close-up of Richie shows he’s wearing brown, white and tan striped shirt. When Billy Bowers gets sent to the principal’s office for heckling Ben, Billy walks in between the desk, in front of Richie, who is now wearing a green shirt.

∙ Beverly sees the blood on the sink in the bathroom. When her father runs in, he puts both hands on the sink. When he says “explain yourself”, the close-up of Beverly shows her dad’s right hand is on her left shoulder. The scene cuts back to the original view and both of her father’s hands are on the sink.

∙ The group is trying to determine who’s best at knocking the cans and bottles down. When Beverly starts knocking them over, the white bottle is the third one she hits. It’s also the last one she knocks over even though it was the only one in the lineup.

∙ CAUTION: May Contain Spoilers! When Mike tells the others that Stan is dead, the close-up of Beverly shows her stand and back up until she’s next to Bill. It cuts to Mike and then a wider view of the group and Beverly is sitting on the edge of the table, a few feet away from Bill. She then stands up and walks closer to him.

“It” (1990) is based on the book by Stephen King and stars John Ritter, Richard Thomas, Harry Anderson, Tim Reid, Dennis Christopher, Annette O’Toole, Jonathan Brandis, Seth Green, Richard Masur, Olivia Hussey, and Tim Curry. It runs 192 minutes and is rated PG-13 for mature thematic material, violence/terror and language.
