The Columbia Restaurant Spanish Cookbook by Adela Hernandez Gonzmart and Ferdie Pacheco is all about good food! It includes a history and information on The Columbia Restaurant which is the nation's largest Spanish restaurant and the oldest restaurant in Florida with several locations all run by family members of the founding family.
This cookbook is a wonderful hardback book with 178 recipes that made the restaurant famous and brought friends back time and time again. There is a section with a few pages of full color photographs of dishes but there are many black and white photographs throughout the book with descriptions.
