My Red Hair Color!

My Red Hair Color!
The shade of red that I am wearing now is very close to my original natural hair color. Like many people, with age my natural color has darkened. As gray hair started to appear, my hair also turned to a medium to dark reddish brown.

To get the light auburn that I have now, you may be able to use this formula:
  • 3/4 ounce level 8 gold/beige blond
  • 3/4 ounce level 8 natural blond
  • 1 & 1/2 ounce 20 or 30 volume developer - depending on how easily your hair lightens.
  • Use the instructions to determine the timing.

This color formula lightens my (now)natural brown and brings out the red while neutralizing any orange cast. So the lightening action, in combination with the tint, gives me the light auburn that I love.
