Christmas cards, Holiday Cards, Greeting Cards, what ever you choose to call them, they are a staple of the December holiday season. According to the Greeting Card Association, eighty-five percent of Americans will send cards during the Christmas Season. That adds up to over 2 billion cards and an average of 26 cards per household.

For years store bought greeting cards have been the norm, but the internet offers a wide variety of free printable Christmas and Holiday cards. Blank card stock is available from many sources including: office supply stores, discount stores, even dollar stores. If you don't want to invest in blank cards, plain paper will also work.

All of the cards featured offer lovely cover art for the front of the cards, but not all of the cards include an interior greeting. Don't panic if the card you choose is blank inside. Personalize your card, make it reflect your personality. If you're not creative or simply don't have time, go with a basic holiday greeting of Merry Christmas, Seasons Greetings or Happy Holidays.
