Here's a super easy appetizer. Serve with vanilla wafers or other thin cookies or crackers.

Ingredients

2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
30 ounce can fruit cocktail, drained and diced
2 3-/12 packages instant vanilla pudding
4 ounce pecans, ground

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, fruit cocktail and pudding together into a ball.
2. Roll in pecans until cheese ball is completely covered.
3. Wrap and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
