Grilled Rib Eye Steaks

Who can resist a succulent steak? This rib eye steak will melt in your mouth. The steaks need to marinate overnight, so be sure to plan ahead.

Ingredients

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2-1/4 pounds beef rib eye steaks


Instructions

1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, onions, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and pepper. Add the steaks. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight.
2. The next day, drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks or broil until desired doneness (140 rare, 160 medium, 170 well done).
3. Serve immediately.
