As the number of puzzle pieces increase, so do the odds of losing at least one piece. It's heartbreaking to learn that you are indeed missing pieces once you are so close to solving it. Now there is a new type of puzzle that should make puzzle enthusiasts and moms really happy since it could mean an end to losing or having to pick up puzzles pieces.

To begin solving the puzzle, you lay the one piece flat on a table, then you begin to connect the pieces that go together. They fit just like puzzle pieces, so it should be a snug fit but don't force it. Once you've begun to connect the pieces, the picture should start showing up in the part that you've finished. Once complete, you can enjoy looking at your accomplishment. When you are ready to solve it again, just shake it out to loosen all the pieces, and begin again.

There is even a Thomas Kincade puzzle as well as one featuring The Simpsons. Puzzles are even 2-sided, so once you've solved one side, shake it out and try to solve the other side. It's like getting two puzzles in every box.

The best part of pieceless puzzles is that they are easy to put back in a box or store in a drawer without fear of losing pieces. Since the material is soft, it also makes a great game for travel.

The pieceless puzzle is a novel idea. It is so easy to lose puzzle pieces if you aren't extremely careful and take extra precautions like storing the pieces in a sandwich bag. Now even the youngest in the family can help the family put a puzzle together without worry of losing pieces or having them eaten. It's a great puzzle the whole family can enjoy either at home or on the road.
