Here's a tasty recipe for tangy and sweet spare ribs you can bake in the oven. Make a batch of these for your next party.
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon honey
1 medium onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper
1-1/2 pounds spare ribs
1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Place the ribs in a roasting pan.
3. In a small bowl, mix the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, mustard, ketchup, honey, onion and salt and pepper together, blending well. Spread the mixture on the ribs with a knife or brush.
4. Place the ribs in the oven and bake for 1-1/2 hours, turning the ribs every half hour and basting them with the juices.
5. Remove from oven and serve.
