As amazing as it might seem, there are people who do not celebrate Thanksgiving with a turkey. My mother-in-law happens to be one of them. She doesn't eat poultry of any kind, so when we have Thanksgiving at her house it's definitely "no turkey." If you're one of those who doesn't like turkey or if you'd like to try something different this Thanksgiving, you'll find this menu appealing. The dishes presented here will tantalize your taste buds and unlike everyone else who's serving turkey this Thanksgiving, you won't have to figure out what to do with all those leftovers.
