Hi everybody!

I never ever! make New Year's resolutions because I always break them. However, I have to admit that I did start a diet, to just eat proportionately and eat right! I had a major trauma last year which changed my life and ultimately my figure! So, I decided to change how I eat and in as little as 4 days, I lost 5 lbs.

I researched all of the fat burning foods and spices I could and came up with the following recipe. I have to say, my whole family loved this and it's a 1 and a half cup serving if you are restricting yourself .... but it's enough, it's comforting and healthy all at the same time. Did I mention delicious?

My husband and children loved this recipe and want it more often. That's okay with me!
