I have a library of 13 low carb books and 2017 is the opportunity to update them all. First up is my Low Carb Charts book. This book contains nutrition info on all the things you like to eat in a way that's accessible even when phone internet service is iffy.
I'd love to get your feedback on it as I update it for 2017. If you let me know if you prefer PDF (generic), MOBI (Kindle), or EPUB (Apple/iTunes) format, I'll send that along to you to take a look. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Am I missing a food? Could something be done easier? Your tips help me help all the readers!
