Well the New Year has started with New Beginnings. I recently joined a new gym and am kicking up my weight loss and exercise program. I try to walk a mile everyday at work by walking around my company's large parking lot. It gets my mind refreshed and away from the computer screen.

Also, there is a Get Fit contest where I work and am on a team of 5 ladies who are trying to lose weight and prize money. It always helps to have a lifestyle buddy and also a food journal.
