As we near the end of January, we are finding ourselves overwhelmed with so much: the earthquake in Haiti, economic recovery, political scandals, and all sorts of other negativity. Coping with menopause may seem minor in comparison, but for many women, menopause is an uncomfortable time. We cannot change our circumstances but we can change how we react to them.
