Mexico's Statutory National Holidays
Sometimes, real or imagined, it seems to me that for more than half the days of the year Mexicans are celebrating one holiday or another. However, in reality, as mandated by federal law, only the nine statutory national holidays are paid holidays, with only seven of them occuring annually.
